La Ydalina is a family ranch that has been welcoming visitors since 2011 to offer them the experience of country life and relaxation, to enjoy with family or friends in a unique inspiring historical setting.
Comfortable ensuite bedrooms with beautiful views. La Ydalina can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests. We recommend a maximum of 10 for corporate events requiring single-occupancy suites. We suggest you ask before booking.
Our service includes: free WiFi, taxes, full board, activities in the estancia, one excursion and four meals.
Does not include: Transfer from Buenos Aires to the Estancia (estimated in US$ 240 (round trip). Workshops.
Gastronomy
All our meals are homemade with fresh local products, prepared by our cooks who do it with the simplicity of homemade food but with the care and dedication of a great Chef.
Breakfast or tea with country bread and homemade jams are some of our special delicacies.
Our roasts under the warm autumn sun or the magical summer nights give the encounter a special flavor. Our family recipes as well as our tender meet (authentic parrilladas) are a thrill for the senses.
Finish the day with a cozy evening around the campfire, hand-crafted cocktail, a glass of our Malbec wine and enjoy our astonishing starry sky.
